Back in the year 2000, a friend of mine  (Graham Aldous)  wanted to learn to trade, to supplement his salary.  It was the first time anyone had asked me to help them learn to trade the markets, and so I took a system that I was using at the time and stripped most of the features away to leave a simple, easy-to-copy strategy that worked on just one index.

I was helped in the final design by a floor trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange I knew, he gave me a few clues as to market movements at certain times of the day and I incorporated these into the basic structure of the system.  Human nature and habits play an important part in the price movements of the markets and I took advantage of this in my system.
