Trading Diary ~ Thursday 10th January 2013
9:15am ~ I have my first clay-pigeon shoot of the year this morning, and then a nice (bracing) cycle ride this afternoon after lunch out with an old school friend. I’ll be back here mid-afternoon and ready at at 5 o’clock to do some trading, so I will report back then.
8:55pm ~ In the end I didn’t get to switch this laptop on until just after 7pm as I had a Skype call with a new trader that lasted a lot longer than I had anticipated. No matter, once my chart was up on the screen, I could see the makings of a trade set-up on the S&P500 and just after 7:30pm I was in a long trade using my evening strategy. The price moved up nicely and a few minutes ago I came out with a 52 pip profit.
Daily Target Reached ? YES (+52 pips) I traded for just under two hours this evening.
