9:25am  ~  This is the second time this week I’ve had a lie-in, it was another late one last night, so I’m feeling slightly ‘whacked’ this morning. I now have an hour of emails to do, then we’re off to the cottage in Southwold for the weekend before flying off to Spain on Monday. I will report back with details of trading the evening session later on.

8:55pm  ~  We got up here at 2pm, and immediately we had a bracing walk up the beach and north of the pier, stopping on the way back for afternoon cream tea at The Swan to warm ourselves up.

Back home, I switched this laptop on at 5 o’clock to watch for any trades with my “evening” system, and 30 minutes in a short trade began to set-up. Ten minutes later, I was in my first trade, which ended up being stopped out at minus 11 pips.  My second trade did better, as did the third one (both on the S&P500) and I ended the evening session with +39 pips overall. Off out now to the Lord Nelson for some supper.
