9:40am  ~  I was up very early this morning to take some friends to Stansted Airport, so when I got back here at 6:30am I started cooking breakfast and started to watch my Metatrader platform on this laptop to see if any trade set-ups showed. My favourite index (?) came up with a nice set-up just before 7 o’clock and a couple of moments after the hour evrything lined up nicely and I was in a  ’long’  trade which I’ve just come out of. It’s given me 28 points, so it’s a good start to the day. Off to do some errands in town now then some lunch there as well. I’ll report later tonight with a run down of my evening trading session trades (if any)

8:15pm  ~  I got back just after 3 o’clock this afternoon, and had enough time before tonight’s trading session to have a quick (and very cold) cycle ride (12 miles).    With regard to the trading, I had a ‘long’ dead-on 5pm which as stopped out shortly afterwards (-23pips) and an hour later I had my second trade in the same direction – and this one was ok with a +43 pip exit, so my evening’s efforts came out at 20 pips.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+48 pips)        I traded for 3hrs early this morning plus 3 hrs this evening
