9:05pm   ~   We did not get back home until very early this morning, so I had a bit of a lie in and eventually got up at 10:00am – then off to a meeting for a few hours. I did not really have a chance to sit down and watch my charts until late this afternoon as I had other things to sort out – but I did manage to switch this laptop on at 4pm and load up my favourite chart to watch for any trade set-ups.

My 1st trade came after a big price reversal at 4 o’clock, and I managed a short entry just after 4:30pm on the S&P500. It was on a long-term chart so I just let the trade run on – and a few minutes after 5pm I had a signal on my 5 minute chart so I opened my 2nd trade on the S&P. This one was stopped out fairly quickly as was my 3rd trade just before 6pm. The 1st trade reached 80 pips just on 8:30pm so I closed it off there.

For the entire ‘evening’ session, I had the 3 trades, two losses and one winner, and an overall score of +36 pips.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+36 pips)   I traded from 4pm up until 30 minutes ago.
