Wednesday 19th October 2011 ~ Markets Still Focusing On European Woes

9:30am.        No trading for me this morning, I am having a new snooker table installed in my refurbished games room, and I am going help the guys assemble the table and get it sitting flat and level in the room – and at lunchtime I off to the new Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre to get some new swimming trunks and wet suit for my holiday in Spain next week.

The news on Bloomberg this morning is concentrating on the European Sovereign Debt Crisis - and the difficulty for all the member states to agree on one course of action and then get on with fixing the problem. This is having an impact on markets, especially the Dax (Germany) and the CAC40 (France)

I will report back later regarding my late afternoon trading session

7:15pm.        I got back here at 4:30pm and switched on a laptop at 5 o’clock to watch for trades with my “Evening” system. Up until 5 minutes ago, there have been no potential trade set-ups, and I am now going out with my youngest son for some supper at The Plough just up the road, so trading is finished for the day.

Daily Target Reached ?  NO        I just traded for two hours this evening, but no trades set-ups were seen.
