10:10am. What was going to be a quite bit of supper last night, turned into a very long evening after meeting a few friends in The Lord Nelson – we went on to play Poker at a friend’s house until 2am this morning. As a result, I did have a bit of a ‘lie-in’ this morning.

I am still playing catch-up with emails that came in while I was experiencing my internet problems last week, so most of today will be spent in front of a laptop replying to potential customers. I have also got to shoot into Ipswich sometime today to get some final bits for my holiday at the end of this week – I have an annual holiday away with just my youngest son. I will report back later to let you know what happens with my “Evening” system.

8:30pm. I managed to get back here at 6pm after a nice long cycle ride along the coast towards Aldeburgh. The market was a bit quiet while I was watching for trades on my “Evening” system, but I did mange to get into a trade a few minutes after 8:00pm, but was stopped out at 8:20 at minus 19 pips. A quiet night in for me now, catching up on some reading, I had a big delivery from Amazon.com this morning.
