My Trading Day ~ Thursday 2nd June 2011

I was up fairly early this morning (6:30am) and the plan was to reply to a load of emails that have come in overnight, and then take my youngest son out for all of today to see the sights of London and visit some of the main museums which are just around the corner, then a meal at The Ivy tonight.

There was no intention of trading today but while I was replying to some emails I brought up a chart of the EURO/DOLLAR Forex pair, and immediately noticed the start of a potential trade (with my new trendFX system) just before 7 o’clock. At exactly 7:02am I was in a long trade, and by one minute to 9 o’clock I was out with +20 pips. The index will go on a bit more in the upward direction, but I need to get on with other things I have planned, so that was me finished with trading for the day.

I will report back later if I get back in time to trade my “Evening” system. While mentioning the “Evening” system, just another reminder for those of you who are thinking of purchasing my ‘starter’ system (Trade With A Day Job) the manual you will now be sent is the NEW updated version which has 30 more pages and some EXTRA chapters. The feedback from customers is 100% good – and the comments praise the clarity of the new manual. Email me for a useful discount before you purchase – [email protected]. And do not forget you can get yourself a free copy of my eBook on “Trading Psychology” by filling out your name and email address to the right of this blog post.

Update 10pm. We have only just got back home, so there was no trading for me tonight – and tomorrow is Non-Farm-Payrolls Day, so that’s my trading finished for another week. I shall report on the numbers/results tomorrow

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+20 pips) I just traded for a few hours this morning.
