My Trading Day ~ Friday 13th (!!!) May 2011

Well – it’s Friday the 13th, unlucky for some – although I do think it is a state of mind rather than something to worry about. Is it only the UK population that worries so much about Friday the 13th ?? I would be interested from blog readers from Europe/USA or Asia/Australia. I suppose the USA also has a thing about this day as they named a Hollywood film after it.

Anyway – I was up bright and early at 6am this morning, and I had a quick cup of expresso and started up 2 of my screens to watch my favourite instruments to try to spot some trade opportunities with my NEW trend-following system that I am adding to my “USA Forex” system manual.

I had my 1st signal start to evolve at 6:30 and 20 minutes later I was in a long trade ~ which eventually gave me +70 pips half an hour later.  Just after 8 o’clock things got very busy and 3 potential signals came up on seperate charts, and in the end they all broke the clearly defined entry price levels and by 9:30 I was out of all those trades. Two were winners (+50 and +20 pips) and one was a loser (-20 pips) so my short morning session with the new system gave me +120 pips. I then went for an hours cycle ride (18 miles) along the beach and sea wall.

It’s now just a few minutes before midday, and I am all packed and ready to head south down the A12 and go camping for the weekend with my youngest son and his Scout troop. I hope you all have a nice relaxing weekend, and don’t forget, if you want to register your interest in my NEW system, just email me at [email protected].

Total earnings for me this week has come out at +487 pips ~ helped along with the large pips per trade of my NEW trend-following system.

Daily Target Reached ? YES (+120 pips) I traded just the early morning session.
