my trading day ~ tuesday 2nd november 2010

As mentioned before, in the winter months I prefer to have my daily cycle ride during the day instead of early in the morning, so I was up and showered by 7:30 and in my office with some breakfast by 7:40am.

My 1st trade signal (with my “Any-Time system) came up at 8:00 on the EUR/USD forex pair and I was in a long trade 3 minutes later. By 9:15am I had a profit of +33 pips (over my daily target) so I called it a day for trading. The rest of the morning was spent answering emails and general admin work, with a 8 mile cycle ride at midday. The afternoon  was spent in the garden with my new clay-pigeon launcher.

Back in the kitchen with my laptop just after 4:15pm to trade my “Evening” system – and I was in my 1st (and only) trade by 4:35pm. This resulted in the normal +20 pip target. A lot of my customers emailed me to say that they took a 2nd trade just after 6pm, but unfortunately I was in my local pub by then as 2 friends called round, eager to get out of the way of their wives for a few hours. At times like this I am so glad I am divorced !!!
