my trading day ~ tuesday 23rd november 2010

A bit earlier start this morning compared with yesterday, as I always feel that I am entitled to a lay-in on a Monday as I spent the first 15 years of my working life (*see below)  getting up at 5:30am, so now that I can choose my working hours, I revel in a late get-up at the start of the week.

Anyway, back to today !!  I was up at 8am, and after a quick shower and some very strong coffee, I was in my home office (over the garage) by 8:40am. Not much happened until a signal came up at 9:30 and I entered a short trade at 9:37 (EUR/USD) with my USA Forex System. While that trade trundled along, I entered a 2nd trade (S&P – Short) at 9:42am, and a few minutes past 10 o’clock both trades had reached a suitable level, so I closed them both off at once. The scores were:  EUR/USD = +20 pips and S&P = +15 pips,  so as I was perfectly happy with that wage for the day,  I shut the screens off and went off into the house to finish Richard Hammond’s book  “On The Edge” that I started late last night.  I’ll be back later when I trade my “Evening” system

Evening Trading:  I sat down in my kitchen with a laptop at 5:30pm to trade my “Evening” system (Trade With A Day Job) and my trade started just after 6:30 and resulted in the normal profit of +20 pips around 25 minutes later.

* My working life started when I was 12yrs old with 3 paper rounds each morning
