my trading day ~ wednesday 10th march 2010

Good morning to you all.

A bit of a later start this morning, as I was out with some friends last night, and rather than get a taxi home (25 miles) I stayed the night. I eventually got my act together at 8am, skipped the offered breakfast and made my way home.

I was ready at my desk 9:30 – although looking at the charts, I did not miss any trades earlier on – and my first signal came along just moments after 10am. This was a trade signal on theEUR/USD and gave me an initial loss of -19 pips. My next trade kicked off at a few minutes after 11am and after a while gave me +33 pips, so I was back in positive territory for the morning.  Bang on midday I had a cable trade signal, and at the end at put me back in negative pips, as did the fourth trade (on the S&P)

I had my lunch at my desk, as I had some catching up to do pips wise, and between 2pm and 3:30pm I had my final 3 trades, all winners, so I ended the daytime session with +45 pips, as the last trade was left to reach its target, which it did (+25 pips)

My “Evening” system produced it’s normal trade target of +20 pips, but as I was at my desk all evening catching up on emails, I entered an extra trade at 8:30pm and managed another +8 pips.

So to recap – my total for the day was 45 + 28 = 73 pips.
