As it’s my last ‘work’ day of the week, I started fairly early and kicked off the day with an evigorating cycle ride at 6am.

I was back in my home ‘office’ by 7:30 waiting for a signal on my “Any-Time” system.  The first one was a winning trade that kicked off just after 8am (EUR/YEN, +18 pips) The next one arrived at 8:30 (S&P daily Index) and ended with a losing score of -17 pips. Almost back to square one !!

At a minute past 10am, my next trade was signalled on the S&P again, and that ended with a profit of +15. Everything went very quiet for a few hours even though I was watching 5 charts, and my next (and has it happens) last trade kicked off at 3pm and gave me a target of +26 pips, which it reached thankfully.

I was due out with friends at 4pm for the evening, so my daytime profit of +42 pips stayed for the day, as I was not around to trade my “Evening” system (Trade With A Day Job).  Looking back at the charts, there was no signal on that strategy.
