My Trading Day ~ Wednesday 14th/Thursday 15th October

Well – not so much “My Trading Day” as some non-trading days. Turned out that the suspected virus was just my usual migraine, which comes along every couple of months. I feel a lot better today – and have made a slow start back into my trading routine this morning – I have missed the markets and charts over the past few days.

I received a very nice email from quite a new customer on Wednesday (yes you Catherine !) – regarding a subject that seems to get a few comments - The Price Of My Trading Systems – she basically says that they are too cheap ! Yes, you read that correctly. My reply was along the lines of: If they were more expensive, not so many people would be able to afford them, and so my original aim would be thwarted – which was to get as many people as I could to start financial trading – initially part-time form home – and hopefully full-time as I do. It is such a wonderful career to get involved in – I believe everyone should have the opportunity.

I have seen some ‘courses’ that are charged out at £2000-£3000 a time, and when I have looked into them – they are no more complicated than ones at £100-£200 – they have the same basic information – but the marketing budget is greater so I hire experts like Karl Hudson. I am in the fortunate position of not having to rely on the sales of my systems to provide me with my monthly salary – as you know, I trade full-time – so I can price the systems at a reasonable level – so the ordinary ‘man in the street’ can buy one without having to re-mortgage his family home. The other problem I have – as Catherine also pointed out – is that because they are so ‘cheap’ (I prefer ‘good value’) it maybe thought that you only get £90 worth of info. After all – how much would a franchise cost you – as that is also a ‘business in a box’ as my trading systems are. You could never buy an ‘off the shelf ‘ franchise for under £100 – they start at around £5000 and the average is closer to £50,000. Makes you think, doesn’t it. Luckily – you get a lot more than £90′s worth – email me and I’ll give you more info.

By the way – last night’s trade with my  “Trade With A Day Job” trading system gave the usual 20 pips. An updated results sheet for the past 12 months has just been produced – please contact me here for a copy.
