My Trading Holiday……

Good morning everyone on this rather overcast Tuesday. I’m back from my extended weekend break down at West Bay (Dorset) so today is a full trading day, both with my Any-Time System and also the Trade With a Day Job evening strategy. It’s 8:30am and so far the markets are not showing any clear direction so we’ll sit on the side lines and watch and wait. The Euro/Dollar did signal a nice short trade earlier at 6am, but I was still having my first coffee out in the garden when that began its sharp fall (70 points down so far)

So far as economic news releases are concerned today, it is fairly quiet, but be careful at 9:30 this morning as the the UK Industrial Production figures are announced, so be out of the FTSE then for 10 mins or so.

An interesting news item caught my eye this morning – imagine spiders and snakes being common household pets ??? Scientists have found a way of possibly banishing the populations fears and phobias – so allowing the wives and mothers of the world to suggest to their children that a pet spider/snake/lizard might be a good idea – less work than a labrador me thinks ? The same article talks of a ‘Thinking Cap’ which when worn, enhances the brain’s capacity for learning – there’s hope for me yet !

I will next report –  tomorrow morning and let you know how I got on today in the markets, trading my two systems – so until then, have a glorious (and profitable) day.
