9:15am ~ I have some errands to do in Alicante this morning, then a planned cycle ride up to Guadalest with friends and maybe furhter onto Benifato if we’re feeling more energetic. Today is going to be too sunny to stay indoors and watch charts, so I’ll sit down this evening and see if there are any trade set-ups to take advantage of.
21:05pm (8:05pm UK time) ~ I did end up having just one trade this evening, which I came out of a short while ago. It was a ‘long’ position on my Brent Oil chart and it gave me +41 pips.
In total this week my trading has given me +414 pips

7:30am ~ An unusually early start for me today, I have 9 Skype calls booked for this morning, and while I’m here in the study I’ll also watch my MT4 charts for any trade set-up.
8:25am ~ I have been in a ‘short’ GOLD trade for a while now, and so far it seems to be coming down nicely. Nothing much else happening in the markets.
11:10am ~ My Gold trade has come out ok, I’ve just got out of the position with a 198 pip profit. I have two more Skype calls and then it’s down to Calpe for some lunch by the harbour

11:35am (10:35 UK time) ~ After a long weekend away I am totally whacked so I am spending the day by the pool as the weather is so glorious at the moment. I shall venture indoors at tea-time to watch some some charts for a bit of evening trading. I will report back later.
17:00pm ~ I’ve sat down here in the kitchen to watch my MT4 charts for any possible trade set-up with my 3 systems. The only thing I can see going on at the moment is a possible ‘long’ trade on Brent Oil. My ‘beginners’ trading system (Trade With A Day Job) does not kick off for another hour.
17:25pm ~ I have just got into a ‘long’ trade on Brent Oil, but nothing so far on any of my other favourite charts. I will let you know what happens at the end of the session.
21:10pm (20:10 UK time) ~ I have just come out of the earlier Brent Oil trade, and I also had two other trades on the S&P500. The scores for the evening were +202 pips (Brent) and -27 pips on the two S&P500 trades, giving me an overall profit of +175 pips for the evening. We are off to friends up the road for some supper now.

10:35am ~ We’re still on a long weekend break, so not much trading going on, but going to return back later this afternoon so I’ll be resuming my chart watching tomorrow. I will report back then.
09:10am ~ I’ve got a few hours of admin work to do here in the study plus 3 Skype calls with new traders, so at the same time I’ll also watch my collection of favourite charts on my MT4 platform to see if there are any trade opportunities this morning. After lunch we are off for the weekend to Peurto Pollensa in Majorca to see friends for a few days.
10:30am (9:30am UK time) ~ I have just entered a ‘short’ trade on my GOLD chart using strategy 3 from my trendFX collection – I will report back later with the outcome, plus details of any other trades I spot.
13:15pm (12:15 UK) ~ That’s me done for trading this morning, I’ve just come out of my GOLD trade with a profit of +185 pips. After lunch we’re of to Alicante airport to catch a friend’s plane to Palma.

08:30am ~ An early start for me today, myself and two trader friends are off to Pedrera Lake near Torrevieja for some Quad Biking. The girlfriends are coming with us to do some horse riding as well.
21:20pm ~ We got back here at 5pm and after a shower and a long cold beer I sat down with my laptop to watch for any trade set-ups with my “Trade With A Day Job” system. I ended up having just one trade (at 8:15) which was stopped out at minus 11 pips. After a day out in the fresh air on the bikes I am too tired to cook, so we’re off to the Club Nautico down in the marina for some dinner.

09:45am (8:45 UK time) ~ I’ve just finished a 30 minute session in the study doing some emails and Skype calls, and I’m now off on a cycle ride down into Calpe. I will be back in an hour and then I’m going to sit down and watch my charts for a few hours before meeting some friends for lunch in Guadalest.
11:40am ~ Just entered a ‘short’ trade on my Brent Oil chart using one of my favourite strategies from the trendFX manual – and so far it’s going ok. I will report back later with news of the outcome.
18:15pm ~ I have had quite a relaxing afternoon here at home, and 30 minutes ago I switched this laptop on to watch for set-ups on my “Trade With A Day Job” system. There is a certain occurrence that sometimes happens at 5pm UK time and this evening it was right on time, so I am currently in a ‘short’ trade on the S&P500 which is at break-even at the present time. I will report back later with news of my position. My earlier trade on Brent Oil came out at +40 pips, the trade ended up lasting less than 30 minutes.
20:50pm ~ I’ve just come out of my two trades for the evening. I also got into a second short trade on the S&P500 as there was a very good signal just before 7:30 as well. My scores were +32 and +30 pips respectively, meaning my total for the day came out at +102 pips.

08:35am (7:35 UK time) ~ We got here last night after a pleasant flight from the UK, and I’m up fairly early to do a supermarket shop at Mercadona in Calpe to stock all the fridges up – and the wine cellar. My plan is to do a couple of hours trading when I get back.
11:45am ~ I got back here about an hour ago and I’ve watching my charts since then here in the study. Not much happening although I did manage to find one trade – I am currently in a ‘long’ position on my Brent Oil chart. It’s at break-even at the moment, so I will report back later with news of any profit/loss plus any other trades I find amongst my favourites.
15:15pm ~ I ended up just having the one trade (as mentioned previously) and I came out a few minutes ago with an +81 pip profit. We are off to the marina now, it’s 86 degrees here at the moment, so a sit outside the bar down there seems like a pleasant thing to do right now.
22:10pm ~ I got back here to the house just after 8pm and switched this laptop on to see if I could see any “Trade With A Day Job” evening trade set-ups to trade. I ended up having one (long) trade which I’ve just come out of. It started off quite well but 10 minutes into the trade the price hit a solid resistance level and did not venture above it for the rest of the session, so I came out as the U.S. market finished for the day with a small 5 pip profit.
Daily Target Reached ? YES (+86 pips) I traded for just over four hours around lunchtime plus 2 hours this evening.
10:55am ~ It’s a Bank Holiday here in the UK today – so no trading for me. Some friends arrived an hour ago so we are now going down to the beach for a few hours, then later on this afternoon it’s off to Stansted for a flight to Alicante.
9:15am ~ A late start for me today after a very late night, and also no trading either for me as it’s the 1st Friday of the month which means it’s U.S. employment figures announcement at lunchtime (UK time). This Non Farm Payrolls announcement always mean that the market is on hold this morning waiting to see what the numbers turn out to be, and then it will shoot off in one direction or the other at 1:30pm – best to just have the day off from trading as I have advised previously. So far this week I have achieved +750 pips.
I shall be in front of this laptop for a short while this morning replying to emails and having a few Skype calls, and then off for a cycle ride at lunchtime with three other friends.
