I’ve just had a tot-up of my trading for the past month, and overall I have managed +2648 pips. My “beginners” trading evening system (Trading With A Day Job) contributed 300 pips to that total.

7:45am  ~ I’ve been down here in my study since 7:30 sorting out some things after our website went down earlier this week, which also affected the emails as well. Also watching some favourite charts for any trade opportunities.

11:20am  ~  I got into a trendFX strategy 3 trade just after 8am on my S&P500 chart and have come out of the market with a +104 pip profit a short while ago. After lunch and a cycle ride I’m off to look at more properties then we are flying over to Le Touquet for a weekend break.

So far this week I have managed a trading profit of +701 pips.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+104 pips)     I traded this morning for just over 3 hours.

7:05am  ~  I am up early this morning as there is a lot of admin work to do here in the study. The marketsmastered website is still working properly and there is also quite a stack of emails to sort through as well. While I am sitting here, I shall also watch my MT4 charts for any opportunities.

8:30am  ~  So far I’ve had one trade on my S&P500 trade and I am currently in a ‘short’ position on my Brent Oil chart. My first trade was stopped out at minus 21 pips and this Brent trade is currently doing ok and is hovering around break-even. I will report back later with up to date news on all my trading.

19:15pm  ~  Well, it’s been quite a busy day for trading. All in all I have had five trades, and I have just come out of an “evening” strategy position on the S&P500. Overall my score has come in at +274 pips with two losing trades and three winners. My first and last trades were the losing positions (at -21 & -28 pips respectively) and the others came in at +90 pips, +133 pips and +100 pips.

We’re off to the Lion Inn for some supper now.

9:00am  ~  I’m spending the day looking at houses with a view to moving, so will not be trading until this evening. I will report back later with any news from the markets.

18:15pm  ~  I got back here at 4pm and just before 5pm I sat down here in the kitchen and started to watch my S&P500 charts for any trade opportunities with my “Trade With A Day Job” evening strategy.  As often happens, there was an occurrence dead on 5 o’clock which I took advantage of and I came out of the market a short while ago with a small profit of 32 pips.

7:40am  ~  We got back to the UK just six hours ago, and even though I still feel completely knackered from the weekend away I am now in the study watching a few charts and reading this morning’s papers. No doubt I will start to wilt early evening.  I can see a trade opportunity possibly setting up on my GOLD chart, so I will report back soon with any exciting news.

9:00am  ~  It now transpires that I am in two trades, one is the previously mentioned GOLD trade (above) and I am also in a ‘long’ Brent Oil position. They’re doing ok at the moment so I will let them run while I try to sort out why our website is not working properly and my emails are also not working.

17:30pm  ~  I’ve just sat down here in the kitchen with this laptop to watch for any possible trades with my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system after being out all afternoon on my bike. I will report back later with any trading news.

19:45pm  ~  I’ve just come out of my only “evening” trade of the session. It kicked off just after 6 o’clock and I managed a profit of +82 pips.  My earlier morning trades came in at +104 pips (Gold trade) and +105 pips (Brent Oil trade)

Off for a quick bit of supper up the road at The Plough now — then an early night.

17:55pm ~  Due to the incident here at Heathrow this morning, we’ve been waiting for our flight to Nice for the past 3 hours. Inevitably some would say, while sitting here I’ve got myself into a trade with my “evening” system  and at the moment it is hovering around break-even. I will report back later with the outcome.

19:25pm  ~  Got to get going now so I’ve just come out of my “evening” trade position. I managed +42 pips.

10:25am  ~  Rather a late start for me today, we did not leave the pub until 2am this morning. Not going to be doing much today, a few emails and Skype calls and as I had a large Amazon delivery yesterday I shall spend a lot of the day buried in books.  I may sit down later and see if there any trades with my evening system, I shall report back with any news.

18:00pm  ~ After a very relaxing day, I did sit down here just before 5 o’clock to watch my S&P500 chart for any “evening” system trading opportunities. As sometimes happens, there is a certain occurence in the market at 5pm and this evening I took advantage of the fact and had a quick  ’short’  trade for a 28 pip profit.

A friend and fellow trader has invited us out to Monaco for the weekend to watch the Grand Prix at his place, so we’ll be leaving tomorrow and back on Tuesday.

7:15am  ~  I have just been for a walk up the road for the papers and some milk, and now I shall sit down to read them while I also do some emails and watch a few charts on my MT4 platform.

9:10am  ~  I’ve managed to have just one trade in the last few hours, it was a  ’long’  on my Gold chart and it gave me an 87 pip profit.  The builders are in today doing more renovations to the cottage so I’ll be giving them a hand today.  I will be back in the study at 5pm, for my “evening” system.

18:45pm  ~  A sat down here an hour ago to watch my S&P500 chart to see if there were any trade opportunities, but so far nothing has come up. The workers are revolting so it’s time to take them to the pub for supper, which means a premature ending to my trading this evening.

8:10am  ~ I’m up and about fairly early today, and have just returned from a bracing walk along the promenade. I’m going to do some emailing now plus chart watching for a few hours, and then a wander down to the Yacht Club for some lunch and maybe some time out on the water this afternoon.

12:45pm  ~  I was supposed to have left the house by now, but a Brent Oil trade I got into at 9 o’clock has taken an age to show me a reasonable profit. I’ve just come out with +42 pips so I am now going to take my complaining stomach down the road for a spot of lunch.

11:45am  ~  I arrived back here in the UK late last night, so had a nice lazy morning around the house. I’ve got some shopping to do now and then I’ll sit down in the study to watch some charts and also do some emails. I will report back later with any details of trades I manage to take.

15:20pm  ~  I have had just one trade so far this afternoon, it was a ‘long’ position on the S&P500.  Over a 90 minute period the index rose quite well and I’ve just come out of the market with a +50 pip profit.  Off for an invigorating but short cycle ride now, along the river bank out towards the coast at Maldon.  I have a Skype call at 4pm so I will be back here soon to do some trading as well.

18:35pm  ~  Well that was a busy session. I have just come out of trade numbers three and four. My earlier trades were from my trendFX collection on the S&P500 and Gold and these last two were both on the S&P utilising my two ‘beginners’ strategies – and if this sounds all too confusiing I can offer a detailed explanation if you’d like to talk via Skye. All of my students/customers will be having full details emailed in due course.

Anyway, back to the outcomes, my 1st trade on the S&P500 came out at +30 pips, the second one on Gold gave me +202 pips. The two trades I’ve just closed off on the S&P500 finished up at +50 and +55 pips respectively, giving me a total for the evening of 337 pips. Off to the Lion Inn now for some supper, and then up to the cottage in Suffolk for the rest of the week.
