16:50pm ~ There’s been no trading for me today, I have been up the road sorting out an old property I’ve just bought. I also had a nice cycle ride this afternoon down the coast to Thorpeness and back. I’m now going to sit down with this laptop and watch my S&P500 chart to see if any trading opportunities come up with my “evening” system.
20:10pm ~ I’ve had a busy evening in the market, I have just entered the market with my third trade of the session and the price is very slowly going down in the desired direction. My two previous trades have both been losers, the first one dead on 5 o’clock came in at minus 16 pips and the second one minus 18 pips. There is only 50 minutes left of this trading session so I will report back shortly.
21:55pm ~ Just closed off this last position, I managed +60 pips so my overall score for the evening has come out at +26 pips.

09:30am ~ I have a small window of opportunity this morning to do a bit of chart watching (and hopefully trading) as we are off to watch the tennis at Wimbledon this afternoon. I also have three Skype calls with budding traders in the next couple of hours.
11:05am ~ Well, I am in a trade after scanning my charts for the last hour, it’s a Brent Oil position and my system tells me the price should be heading down after a price reversal for the past hour. I wil report back with news of this trade plus any others before I head off for the day.
13:55pm ~ Transport has just arrived to take us to Wimbledon so a quick report on the morning’s trading – my first trade on Brent turned out ok with a 31 pip profit and I also had a second trade on my S&p500 chart, also a short position with my UTB strategy from the “Any-Time” collection of strategies, which gave me a 55 pip profit.
I’ll not be trading my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system tonight so I’ve had a quick tot-up of my trading with just this one system this month and my total score has come in at +588 pips, one of the best totals for a month since May 2012. Overall across all my systems, I managed a profit of 1,840 pips.

20:05pm ~ There’s been no trading for me today, I have spend most of it up the road with builders sorting out a new project of mine, but I’m in the kitchen now with my S&P500 chart open on the MT4 platform. I will watch for any “Trade With A Day Job” set-ups even though it’s quite late into the session, and will report back later with any news.
21:10pm ~ I managed just one trade tonight, it was a short position with entry just after 8:30pm. I closed it off a few minutes ago with a small 13 pip profit. A shower and the pub beckons now I feel.

08:00am ~ I’ve some work to do here in the study this morning before a bike ride after lunch and then upto the cottage in Suffolk later this afternoon. I’ll sit and watch some charts this morning as well while I’m here.
08:55am ~ Well, I’m in the market with one trade at the moment although there looks like another opportunity coming up on my Gold chart as well. The trade I took earlier was on the S&P500 and is advancing slowly northwards as I write.
10:05am ~ I’ve been having a busy time so far this morning – the S&P500 trade is still live (and just in profit) and I did take a second trade on my Gold chart as well. In addition I had a Brent Oil ‘long’ trade which is already over, I managed a quick 30 pips with that one. I will report back later with news of these other two remaining trades, I’ll close them off whatever before lunchtime as I have a bike ride planned plus 3 Skype calls with budding traders.
18:10pm ~ I’ve just got up here to the cottage in Southwold and I’m going to relax here in the kitchen with a cold lager while I watch my S&P chart for any set-ups on my “Trade With A Day Job” beginners system. My trades earlier in the day turned out ok, the Gold position gave me an 18 pip profit in the end and the S&P500 did slightly better at +27 pips.
19:50pm ~ Well, that’s me done for the evening as far as trading is concerned. I had two trades on the S&P500, the first at 6:25pm which was stopped out fairly quickly with a small loss of 18 pips, and my second came up shortly after that and ended up giving me 42 pips when I came out a few minutes ago. My evening total came up at +24 pips and the morning trading’s profit was +75 pips.

21:35pm ~ We’ve just arrived home from a long-weekend away in Brighton, so there’s been no trading for me today. I’m here tomorrow for most of the day catching up on emails and general admin work so I’ll watch some charts at the same time.
08:55am ~ I am off out to a friend’s farm in an hour for a session of clay-pigeon shooting. I will be back later in time for the ‘evening’ session of trading on the S&P500.
16:50pm ~ It’s that time again…. Laptop on, MT4 charts up on the screen and on the look out for a trade set-up with my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system. Report back later
18:25pm ~ I’ve just come out of my 2nd trade of the evening. The 1st one I took was just after 5pm (Trade With A Day Job) and that gave me +20 pips, and the one I’ve just got out of ended at +78 pips (one of the 4 Any-Time System strategies) Now time for a walk into town for a beer then curry with my two sons.
My week’s trading has given me a profit of just over 500 pips. Happy Days….

11:35am ~ After a very late night I was not up and downstairs very early this morning, I did not get in until 4am this morning but had a good day at Ascot yesterday. Today will be spent very quietly and I may do some trading this evening.
21:10pm ~ I did end up getting this laptop out at 5pm and almost immediately I entered a ‘short’ trade on the S&P500 using my main “evening” system. That position was stopped out quite quickly at -26 pips, and a few minutes later I got into another ‘short’ position on the same chart, but this time using one of the trendFX strategies. My third trade came up just after 7pm and I’m now out of the last two trades with profits of 173 pips and 112 pips respectively.

07:40am ~ My day started fairly gently but within minutes changed dramatically. I sat down here in the kitchen to do some emails and watch a few charts but 5 minutes ago a friend has invited me to Royal Ascot today, so I’m off in an hour as he’s sending a car to pick me up and meet everyone else at his offices in Hoxton London.
06:15am ~ An early start for me today, I’ve the builders in here for the week and I have promised to help (hinder) them today with some expert wheel-barrowing and general incompetence. Might get down to some trading later this evening if we finish early enough.
17:00pm ~ Two of the builders who’ve been here all day are keen to see a live trading session, so we’re going to break off for an hour or so, open some beers and I’m going to show them how to watch an S&P500 chart and spot a trading set-up. Got to be easier than knocking things down and then building them up again.
18:05pm ~ Well we are all finished trading for the evening. I had one trade with my “Trade With A Day Job” system which showed itself just after 5pm, and I have now come out of the market with a +20 pip profit ~ dead on my daily target. I think I have converted at least one of the builders onto a new career.

09:15am ~ No trading for me today, myself and a couple of friends are off on a fishing trip for the day out from Southwold Harbour.
The markets can sometimes take a while to get going at the beginning of the week, so I probably will not be missing much this morning. And hopefully we’ll catch something for supper tonight….
21:10pm ~ I got in a few hours ago from my boat trip and started watching my S&P500 chart quite late into the evening session. Even though it was well past the time that I usually trade from, I did end up having three trades, two with my “evening” system and one with my “Any-Time” UTB strategy. I had one loss (-28 pips) and two winners and came out overall with 137 pips. In case you’re wondering, my trading was much better than my fishing……
