09:35am  ~  Looks like today may be a bit quieter than yesterday, I’ve just taken two cars to be serviced and I’m going to settle down in the study and do some emailing and watch some charts.

10:45am  ~  I’ve been in a short position on the S&P500 chart for around 30 minutes now and the rice is coming down nicely so far, so I’m going to stay in for the time being as my trendFX strategies seem to suggest that the momentum is not slowing down yet. I will report back later with the result.  Just seen the weather forecast for the next few days (rain rain rain) so I’m going to see if I can get some last minute flights out to Spain for tomorrow or Saturday.

15:20pm  ~ My position on the S&P500 chart has just come to a successful conclusion (+220 pips) so I’m off now to pick the cars that were in for servicing today, and drop another one off – and when I’m back I’ll spend a short while in front of my S&P500 chart to see if there are any “Trade With A Day Job” opportunities tonight.

20:30pm  ~  I managed to sit down here in the kitchen at 7pm to watch my MT4 chart, and I got into a short trade just after 7:30, and I’m now out with a quick 30 pip profit.   My score so far for the week is currently at +538 pips   (and +1089 pips for August so far)

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+250 pips)    I traded for most of the day today.
