9:40am (CET) ~   After quite a late night yesterday, I had a bit of a lie-in this morning and I’ve just turned this laptop on to do some email replies plus two Skype calls with new traders.  At 10:30 a group of friends plus myself are off up the hill behind the house to do some Clay-Pigeon shooting, then lunch in Calpe and a supermarket shop.   I’ll be back here late this afternoon to do some ‘evening’ trading, so I will report back then.

6:00pm (CET)  ~  I’ve just sat down here in my study to watch the S&P500 chart to see if any “Trade With A Day Job” trade set-ups appear in the next few hours. I will not be doing the whole session up to the U.S. market close as we’re going out for dinner with friends at 8 o’clock.

7:40pm (CET)  ~  I’ve just come out of my only trade for the evening, it was a “long” trade that kicked off just before 6:30 and ended up with a profit of +52 pips a few minutes ago.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+52 pips)         I traded for just under two hours this evening
