8:35am  ~  I have a few ‘jobs’ to do this morning, there are four Skype calls with new traders plus a meeting with the builders this morning as well.  Once that’s all done, I’ll be out cycling for a couple of hours then back here to the study later this afternoon to deal with emails. I will report back later if I do any evening trading.

8:15pm ~  I have just come out of my 2nd trade of the evening.  I originally switched on my S&P500 chart just after 5pm to watch for any set-ups with my “beginners” trading strategy and just after 6 o’clock I could see the price was suggesting a short trade opportunity coming up. Just after 6:20 I got into a trade and came out quite quickly with 20 pips.  There was another trade set-up almost immediately (for a long trade) so I got into the market again as I had a while before my supper guests were arriving. This 2nd trade gave me 20 pip as well.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+40 pips)        I traded for 3 hours this evening.
