11:25am  ~  Good morning to you all, and may I wish you all (in advance) a nice relaxing long-weekend break, for those of us in the UK, we have a four day break due to our Queen’s Silver Jubilee Celebrations. I shall be less than patriotic as I arrived here in France a few hours ago where I’ll be spending the next few days before travelling south to Spain on Monday.

The markets today will be quiet as it is the U.S. employment figures announcement at lunchtime (UK time) so I never usually work today anyway. You can read more about the ‘Non-Farm-Payrolls‘ figures by clicking here.

I’ve just managed to get some broadband here in the hotel, so I’ve done my accounts for last month (May ’12) and my trading with the “Trade With A Day Job” evening (starter) system has come out at +662 pips for just 16 evening trading sessions during the month. It’s my best result since last summer, and my 2nd most profitable month since 2004.
