my trading day ~ thursday 16th december 2010

I was up at 6am this morning, keen to get on the road. I am spending my Christmas holidays at my cottage in Suffolk, and I am going up early before the rest of my guests arrive next Wednesday/Thursday. I am going to enjoy my time on my own, and during the peace and quiet, I will still do a bit of trading, plus I will be re-writing one of my manuals and also working on a new strategy that I have been experimenting on over the past few months. It is going to be a blissful 6 days !

I arrived here at 8am and settled in and answered emails during the morning. This afternoon I went off to Halesworth to do some shopping (there is NO large supermarkets where I am thankfully) and I was back in time to trade my “Evening” system.

My first trade kicked off at 5:30 and gave me +23 pips. A 2nd signal showed up at 5:55pm and by 6pm I was in another trade. That one was a successful one as well and at 7:35pm I had another +20 pips.

Off now to the pub – voted the best pub in Britain a few years ago – The Lord Nelson. It’s a bracing 10 minute walk along the beach…….
