Not a super early start to work this morning. I rose at 9am, and went off for a nice invigorating cycle ride (20 miles)  It was blooming cold, but I felt it had done me some good by the time I returned home at 11:30.  After a shower and some brunch, I was in my home office by 12:30, ready for some trading this afternoon.

My first signal (With my USA Forex System) a bit before 2pm (USD/CHF) and my actual entry short was at 1:59pm. That trade turned out to be a loser (-19 pips) As you probably know, most instruments took a major dive this afternoon, so trading opportunities will few and far between, but my 2nd chance came with a trade signal on the S&P just after 3pm and I entered short at 3:21pm. Within 10 minutes I had +40 pips in the bag, so I closed off there. I hung around for another 20 minutes, but nothing else was showing up, so I called it a day. My earnings for the afternoon came out at +21 pips.

I was out at a friends house for supper last night, so I took my laptop to trade my “Evening” system, and my only trade of the night came up at 8:30pm. I closed the trade off just before 9pm with +30 pips, so all in all, I had a profit of +51 pips for the whole day.
