my trading day ~ monday 19th april 2010

Hello to you – and I wish you a relaxing, prosperous week ahead.

As many of you know, I have 3 systems that I use on a daily basis, two for the day-time session and one that is just for trading after 5pm (UK time) which I designed especially for those of you who have a ‘day-job’ to attend and can only trade part-time in the evenings. It does – however – enable you to start earning a small regular amount of money, so that you can eventually “kiss the boss goodbye”

As part of my daily ritual, after switching on my computer screens, I check through my favourite charts using both my “Any-Time” and “USA Forex” stratgies – they each have different settings you see. I usually favour my “Any-Time” system as I have been trading it for 7 or 8 years now but because of the unique way my “USA Forex” shows a possible trade (there is an area marked on the chart to watch for trades) I can just look at any chart for a second or two and immediately judge if there will be any trade opportunities in the next couple of hours. Obviously the beauty if this particular system is that you do not have to constantly monitor the screens. As I do not often trade my USA Forex system does not mean that there is not many signals – it is just that usually as soon as I have switched my screens on – there is usually an “Any-Time” trade getting ready to trigger !

Anyway – as I glanced at the GBP/USD (Cable) forex pair I noticed the 9:15am candle showed some promise, so I waited for a signal, and I entered at 9:25 and trade shot off in the required direction, and by 11.00 am I had +30 pips added to my trading account (and my daily target was exceeded) I also had a trade that kicked off at 9:46 (EUR/USD) with the same strategy and that ended at +15 just before the  GBP/USD one.  If you are looking for a system that requires only sporadic monitoring, maybe you should consider this one.

After spending an hour or so answering some emails from customers the rest of my day was spent pottering around in the garden – the weather down here is too sunny to be anywhere else.

I traded my evening system (Trade With A Day Job) after 5pm and obtained +12 pips for my efforts, so the total for the day was a healthy +57 pips.
